• Mampu menentukan standar waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengerjakan ak;vitas tertentu oleh fungsi tertentu

• Memahami metode menghitung volume pekerjaan atau beban kerja suatu fungsi tertentu dalam organisasi

• Mampu menghitung efek;vitas kerja

• Mampu menghitung jumlah karyawan ideal yang seharusnya dimiliki oleh organisasi berdasarkan beban kerjanya

• Mampu menggunakan hasil analisis beban kerja untuk memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pembaharuan uraian pekerjaan, SOP, restrukturisasi organisasi, training dan pengembangan lainnnya.
