o   Memeriksa tindakan dan perilaku mereka dan memahami apa yang bisa mereka lakukan secara berbeda untuk meningkatkan kinerja individu dan tim mereka.

o   Mengembangkan rencana aksi yang akan memperkuat pelajaran utama dari program ini dan secara aktif mendorong para peserta untuk membawa wawasan ke tempat kerja.
