Saat ini standard ISO 9001: menggunakan High Level Struktur Annex SL yang mana semua Standard akan sama, standard ISO 9001 yang baru mempunyai struktur yg lebih menekankan kepada hal yang manajerial dibandingkan teknis. Salah satunya adalah Risk Based yang menjadi trend perusahaan bahkan yang tidak menerapkan Management System sekalipun. 

Selain Risk Based thinking, pelatihan juga menjelasakan pengelolaan Informasi terdokumentasi lewat RACI, atau bagaimana mengelola Organizational.

Selama pelatihan, template form2 management Resiko, RACI, Form2 terkait dengan ISO 9001 akan dishare kepada peserta.
