- TQM ini menjadi kunci bagi penerapan Management System bukan hanya bagi industri Otomotif tetapi juga dibidang Jasa ataupun Industri lainnya, bagaimana menerapkan prinsip-prinsip TQM ini diperusahaan anda akan diajarkan dengan teori dan juga study kasus
