Organisasi Internasional untuk Standardisasi (ISO) sudah mengeluarkan versi terbaru dari Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) standar ISO 9001:2015, hal ini tentu saja perlu diantisipasi oleh organisasi yang telah menerapkan ISO 9001:2008.

Seperti dengan semua standar sistem manajemen, ISO 9001 secara berkala melalui proses review yang komprehensif. Proses review ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa standar terus dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan tuntutan Sistem Manajemen Mutu pihak yang berkepentingan.
