This Agreement (“Agreement”) binds you or the company you represent (“You” or “Your”) to the terms and conditions set forth herein in connection with your use of excellence.asia Platform being made available by PT. Orion Nusantara Ekselen, a Jakarta corporation with its principal place of business at Cityloft Sudirman, Jl. KH Mas Mansyur 121, Jakarta Pusat 12110, Indonesia ("excellence.asia", “Our”, “We”, or “Company”) to Users (the "Customers", "Partners", "Users"), and Users’ use of the excellence.asia website is subject to the following terms and conditions of use. By using any of the company's products or clicking on the "Signup" or “Become Our Partner” button, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, click on the "Cancel" button and do not use the company's products. Company's acceptance is expressly conditioned upon your assent to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, to the exclusion of all other terms. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by company, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
Satisfaction Guarantee is a policy given by excellence.asia to the customers. This policy will ensure the customers may get their money back if the partners doesn’t give a satisfactory result.
The customer can report to excellence.asia thru email to email@example.com within five (5) working days starting from the end date of the training. Excellence.asia will investigate and if it’s proven or deemed reasonable, the customer may choose whether to find another partner or have their money back. Excellence.asia has the right whether to grant or deny the customer’s money back requests.
Should the customer wish to have a money back, excellence.asia will refund the money by deducting 10% for administrative fee. Bear in mind the refund process will take 2 weeks starting from the date excellence.asia deem the complaint received are reasonable.
