Course Summary

LEADERSHIP  is an essential soft skill  that should be mastered by a personnel from top management level,  i.e. director to  group head level. The higher the position, the deeper impact he/she could affect the whole company performance. Their guidance will lead the whole company or division into the desired targeted goal, or else sunk the corporation.

 

The leader is the person who ideally must be able to foster the performance through these divergent roles as : Director, Coordinator, Producer, Facilitator, Mentor, Innovator, Monitor and  Broker. They must be able to adjust their leadership to match with the situation & condition. They should understand how the top MNC lead their managements & subordinates.
