Course Summary

Setiap manusia pada dasarnya adalah pemimpin, setidaknya pemimpin untuk dirinya sendiri. Sesuai pengertiannya, Leadership atau kepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi orang lain melakukan suatu aktivitas secara suka rela dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Dengan demikian leadership skill merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki para pegawai, terlebih para pemimpin dalam rangka memimpin diri sendiri dan seluruh pegawai untuk mencapai serta mewujudkan target/tujuan organisasi dengan hasil yang luar biasa. Dalam modul leadership ini akan dibahas empat kunci sukses leadership, yaitu self awareness, self leading, self management, dan self accomplishmentt. Selain itu akan dipaparkan juga tentang pentingnya mengubah mindset menjadi positif dengan cara mengikis mental block, berpikil terbalik, dan membangun mental pantang menyerah.
